Tilted author Steven Skurka talks about the Conrad Black sentence

Tilted

It’s been a busy week for Steven Skurka, author of the forthcoming Tilted: The Trial of Conrad Black. On Monday, Steven was in Chicago covering the Conrad Black sentencing for CTV and he spoke with Canada AM, Newsnet, CFRB’s The Bill Carroll Show, CHML’s The Bill Kelly Show, CHQR’s Calgary Today, and The Verdict about Black’s 6 1/2 year sentence.  You can hear Steven talking about the sentencing on Canada AM here. Tilted will be available from your favourite bookseller in February.

About the author

Erin is a publicist for Dundurn Press. She reads a wide variety of books (maybe even too many!) and wields a vast amount of positively optimistic power over what should and shouldn't be done in the universe.

  1. I enjoyed the reading of Mr. Skurka’s “TILTED” very much, even though it left me angry.
Angry with the USA prosecutors who pile on so many charges on an individual , months before a possible trial, that one’s reputation is irreparedly tarnished.

I for one, hope that Conrad Black’s incarceration will end on appeal, or at the very least, a pardon by President Bush.

Mr.Skurka’s style makes for easy reading and his many humorous anecdotes, as well as the advice his father gives him, enlivens the experience.

I look forward to further writings of Steven Skurka.

    Sincereley, Chuck Horowitz.
